Terms of Service (draft)

1 · Who we are

Bedrock operates a financial-technology site offering credit-education tools, score simulations, and — at paid launch — a credit-BUILDING subscription (tradeline access via partner institutions, bill-reporting facilitation, AI-assisted document drafting).

2 · What Bedrock is NOT

3 · Subscriptions (at paid launch)

Recurring monthly billing through our processor; cancel anytime; 45-day money-back guarantee (once per customer). Underlying tradeline accounts are governed by the partner institution's terms.

4 · Your data

We store what you give us (email, simulation inputs), never sell it, encrypt in transit and at rest, and delete on verified request within 30 days. Full policy below.

5 · Acceptable use

No scraping, bulk automated signups, or use of outputs to harass creditors/bureaus. AI-drafted letters are templates you review and send under your own name.

6 · Liability; disputes

Services "as is"; aggregate liability capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months. Good-faith dispute resolution first; then individual arbitration in Denver, CO (small-claims excepted) [enforceability by state pending counsel].

What we collect

Email address; simulation inputs (score estimate, balances/limits, collection type/age, rails selected); standard server logs; payments handled entirely by our processor (we never see card numbers).

What we never do

Use & security

To provide the service, transactional email, and de-identified product analytics. TLS + encryption at rest on managed Cloudflare infrastructure; no third-party ad trackers on free surfaces.

Your rights

Access/correction/deletion via privacy@bedrockcredit.com within 30 days. Colorado Privacy Act rights honored (with appeals); CCPA rights honored nationwide as policy.

Processors

Cloudflare (hosting, storage, transactional email). Payment processor listed here at paid launch. Partner rails have their own policies once you click through.
